A lavishly designed historical atlas which explores 15,000 years of human habitation in Africa, from the earliest hunter-gatherers to modern-day civilization. It features archive imagery and suberbly detailed, specially commissioned maps and compiled with contributions from a selection of historians, each of whom have a specific focus or area of specialism in African history.
